Taking a step back from society as you know it, and the limitations you’ve taken on, you will recalibrate your imagination to discover what your life looks like when anything is possible.
✺ Cocoon 2: Freeing Yourself from Inherited Fear
Some fears aren’t really yours. They were passed down, through family, through culture, through survival. In this session, we’ll work with the fears we’ve inherited and internalised. We’ll use embodied ritual, writing, and somatic grounding to begin loosening the grip of old stories and choosing a new way forward.

In this cocoon, we dive into your gifts and talents, exploring what you are charged with sharing with the collective. Connect to your creative and life-force energy, and see what’s waiting to be birthed.

In this cocoon we dive deep into our hearts, beginning to discern the difference between our own conditioned desires and the true path of our soul. We open ourselves to what is being asked of us, and grieve what we are being asked to let go.

What would your life look like if you really lived by what you believe? In our final cocoon before Metamorphosis, we’ll explore what it means to act in alignment with your truth, even when it’s scary, even when it costs you. This is a space to name your purpose, confront the fear of change, and take one bold, beautiful step toward the life you know is yours.

In modern life, we rarely pause to mark transitions, let alone honour the sacredness of stepping into our truth. This closing ceremony is an invitation to do just that. Through embodied ritual, reflection, and collective witnessing, we’ll honour your journey through metamorphosis and anoint the next chapter of your calling. A space to be seen, celebrated, and supercharged for what’s next.
