Step into Your Liberation
Over six weeks, I guide you through six cocoons, unearthing your true power so you can stop feeling trapped and rise into your revolutionary role.
✺ Cocoon 1: Limitless Belief
Take back your right to imagine. In this cocoon, I’ll guide you to open up your dreamscape to truly imagine the life you want to live. Taking a step back from society as you know it, and the limitations you’ve taken on, you will recalibrate your imagination to discover what your life looks like when anything is possible.
✺ Cocoon 2: Freeing Yourself from Inherited Fear
Some fears aren’t really yours. They were passed down, through family, through culture, through survival. In this session, we’ll work with the fears you’ve inherited and internalised. We’ll use embodied ritual, writing, and somatic grounding to begin loosening the grip of old stories and choosing a new way forward.

Channelling Your Vision
In this cocoon, we dive into your gifts and talents, exploring what you are charged with sharing with the collective. Connect to your creative and life-force energy, and see what’s waiting to be birthed through your soul gifts.
✺ Cocoon 4: The Prayer of the Heart
In this cocoon we dive deep into our hearts, beginning to discern the difference between our own conditioned desires and the true path of our soul. We open ourselves to what is being asked of us, and grieve what we are being asked to let go.

Building to Butterfly
What would your life look like if you really lived by what you believe? In our final cocoon before Metamorphosis, we’ll explore what it means to act in alignment with your truth, even when it’s scary, even when it costs you. This is a space to name your purpose, confront the fear of change, and take one bold, beautiful step toward the life you know is yours.

In modern life, we rarely pause to mark transitions, let alone honour the sacredness of stepping into our truth. This closing ceremony is an invitation to do just that. Through embodied ritual, reflection, and witnessing, we’ll honour your journey through METAMORPHOSIS and anoint the next chapter of your calling. A space to be seen, celebrated, and energised for what’s next.

I spent lifetimes learning how to live my truth
The work I offer was never learned in a typical program of study, it was simply remembered through coming deeply into my soul gifts and reconnecting with my intuitive spirit.
I have been reading energy since I was a child and connecting with the spirit world. I talk to trees, commune with my ancestors and receive my own guidance through channelled writing and song. I suppressed these gifts for many years, not understanding them, and believing they made me seem crazy in a rational, scientific and western context.
When I began studying classical tantra and devoted to my yoga practice, I reconnected deeply with my energetic body which until then had been simply a fantasy to me, rather than a lived reality.
During this time my channelling became so profound and clear that I could no longer ignore the guidance I was receiving. I was guided to leave behind the life I had known entirely and walk a path of complete surrender and trust in the divine.
Many of the revelations I had been gifted by spirit came to pass. I left my corporate job in London, my flat, my lover and travelled across the world to return to my ancestral lands. My ancestors opened many doors for me to step into my gifts despite not knowing what would come next or how I would sustain my life.
I was afraid I was be broke, alone and unhappy. Instead, I made my first album, received unexpected windfalls, met teachers, lovers and friends I was destined to meet, and stepped into my healing work ever more deeply. I started to truly embody my beliefs, come into deeper humility and be of truer service to my community.
When I meet you, I am able to sense who you truly are, and what is holding you back from embodying the most liberated version of yourself. I sense where your grief lives, the places your power is located, and guide you towards taking the first steps of your deepest courage until you are firmly anchored in walking your path of truth.
This work comes naturally to me, it is like breathing. That is how you too will feel when you learn to let go of your fear and commit to walking the path of your soul. There are people who are waiting for your medicine. Just as you have been waiting for mine.
